The Legal Team provides legal and regulatory advice to ensure that all products and services offered by and the partners of including are compliant per U.S. law and regulations, including the U.S. Securities laws and the regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The Legal Team interfaces externally with regulators and service providers in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable law and regulation for This role will report to the Chief Legal Officer in the U.S. The primary focus for this role will be to serve as the Legal Team’s expert on the SEC law and regulations applicable to National Securities Exchanges and broker-dealers, as well as the intersection of securities laws with prediction markets and jointly regulated derivatives products offered by and its CFTC-registered exchange, clearinghouse, futures commission merchant, and affiliated introducing brokers.
