Onboarding Associate, New Accounts
As an Onboarding Associate at you will play a pivotal role in guiding new clients through the initial stages of their journey, from application submission to account funding readiness. This position is integral to building client trust and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the application-to-funding process by proactively overseeing client pipelines, following up to maintain momentum, and identifying and resolving any obstacles that may impede progress. Clear and confident communication is essential, as you will simplify complex procedures into actionable steps, ensuring clients are well-informed and prepared for subsequent phases.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in client-facing or service-oriented roles, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and internal tools, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, is required. Experience in financial services, particularly with IRAs or similar financial products, is preferred but not mandatory.
