Onboarding Associate

Wolt is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Associate to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Finnish technology company renowned for our food delivery platform, we are rapidly expanding our services to include a variety of goods across over 500 cities in 30 countries. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in integrating new restaurant and retail partners onto our platform, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchant partners. This involves coordinating, executing, and monitoring their integration from contract signing to going live on the platform. You will proactively address any bottlenecks to maintain a swift onboarding process and provide comprehensive training on the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal. Additionally, you will create and maintain merchant venue pages, ensuring all content aligns with Wolt’s brand standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong logical problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mentality, capable of working independently to achieve successful outcomes. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is advantageous. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required to effectively communicate with partners and ensure accurate information on the app.
