The Onboarding Senior Manager at Capital on Tap will lead and develop high-performing onboarding teams, ensuring adherence to UK and US regulatory obligations. The role also involves defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities. Additionally, the manager will serve as the escalation point for complex cases and stay updated with regulations, industry best practices, and risk trends.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services, specializing in onboarding due diligence with a focus on business customers and complex ownership structures. They should possess a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Deep knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements, along with experience in risk assessment and control design, is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive evidence-based decision-making are also required.
