Online Marketing Manager (Mensch)
As an Online Marketing Manager at WPP Media, you will be responsible for the timely launch, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, ensuring seamless technical implementation across all relevant systems and partners. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to deliver effective marketing solutions.
Your primary responsibilities include the operational execution of digital campaigns, from setup to delivery, including technical configurations and measurements. You will conduct continuous performance analyses to identify optimization opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will coordinate with consulting, planning, and AdOperations teams, as well as experts in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic, to ensure smooth campaign processes. Managing optimal workflows between publishers, ad servers (such as Google Campaign Manager and Adform), and third-party providers (e.g., Nielsen, IAS, DoubleVerify) is also a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination with creative agencies for the production of planned advertising materials.
The ideal candidate holds a degree or training in marketing, media, business, or a related field. Experience in the online sector, preferably as an Ad/Campaign Manager, with familiarity in key online KPIs and reporting is essential. Technical understanding, including knowledge of third-party tracking options and basic HTML/CSS skills, is required. Proficiency in Office 365 applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and strong analytical skills are important. A reliable, independent, and structured work approach, along with resilience and team orientation, is expected. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is necessary.
