THE OPPORTUNITY:

We run a lean operations team that covers finance, people, legal, IT, and business operations for the entire company. This role is the operational backbone: the person who makes sure employees have a great experience from their first day to their last, that recruiting runs smoothly, that invoices go out and bills get paid, and that the dozens of operational details that keep a company running actually get handled well.

You'll own employee experience programming, people operations execution, recruiting coordination, internal operations, and day-to-day finance ops. The work is broad, the pace is fast, and no two weeks look the same. You'll report to the Head of Operations and work closely with our People and Talent Partner and Senior Business Operations Manager.
