Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will be at the center of everything that keeps Profound running, helping the team move faster, stay organized, and scale smoothly. The problems you solve will be different every day and every month, and the mandate of the role will grow with the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Planning and building the foundations of the company as we grow, from defining organizational structure and operational cadence to the systems and processes that underpin how we work

- Building internal operating systems: communication frameworks, cross-functional policies, and the processes that help a fast-growing team stay coordinated and most effective

- Supporting investor and board updates, ensuring leadership has the materials they need to communicate most effectively

- Partnering closely with Finance and Legal to set up international entities, navigate payroll and employment law, and manage compliance across jurisdictions

- Managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external partners across a range of business functions

- Restructuring customer-facing team structures and account assignments to better balance workload and prioritize accounts

- Leading office moves and real estate processes, from site search to negotiations through build-out coordination

- Plugging into any department that needs a strategic and executional partner on a high-priority initiative

WHO YOU ARE

- 1 to 4 years of experience in operations, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly demanding, fast-paced environment
