The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and has at least two years of experience in a law firm, particularly in customer service, facilities, or general contracting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook (Calendar Management), and Excel is required, along with knowledge of EMS, various facilities software packages, and financial systems like Emburse Enterprise. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and a strong customer service focus are essential.

Milbank offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 for this position.
