Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining forward-looking workforce plans that align with vehicle deployment and testing schedules in the assigned regions. The Operations Delivery Manager monitors workforce capacity, identifies operational coverage gaps, coordinates overtime requirements, and partners with Talent and People teams to support hiring and onboarding plans. Additionally, the role manages scheduling standards and systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and contractual obligations.
The ideal candidate possesses experience in workforce planning, operations coordination, or fleet/logistics management. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate across multiple operational teams or regions. An understanding of labor compliance and workforce governance is crucial, as is the capability to work effectively with regional stakeholders and local operational teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
