Additionally, the role manages scheduling standards and systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in workforce planning, operations coordination, or fleet/logistics management. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate across multiple operational teams or regions.
