Operations Manager, Legal
The Legal Operations Manager at LISC will support the in-house legal team by driving departmental planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role aims to enhance the efficiency and impact of legal services across the organization.
Key responsibilities include partnering with legal leadership on strategic planning, assessing and improving legal workflows, leading initiatives to enhance legal support, and serving as a liaison between the legal department and other LISC teams. The manager will also oversee legal technology tools, develop metrics and reporting systems, and support resource and financial management within the legal team.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations, or a related field, with at least six years of experience in operations, management, or project leadership within a professional services, legal, or financial environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and data-driven decision-making skills are essential.
