Operations Manager, Payment Providers

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of IT systems and business processes related to payment providers. Key duties include monitoring daily metrics, adjusting administrative settings, leading investigations into special cases, and managing product support teams. Additionally, the role involves handling technical issues related to payment provider integrations, improving business processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in operations or project management within payment processing or related services. Experience in managing customer support teams, knowledge of payment service providers, familiarity with payment transaction accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities are also required.
