Who We’re Looking For
This role executes on essential behind-the-scenes functions of operations, which includes travel and conferences, contracts and RFPs, compliance, IT, and office and administrative support. You’ll collaborate with other teams and assist with people operations and sales operations. At its core, this role functions as the glue of the company, ensuring that every team member across the country is fully supported by the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming customer and vendor legal contracts, and ensure contracts move forward efficiently.
- Navigate and execute on state, local, and district compliance requirements.
- Provide onboarding, travel and IT support to team members, and reconcile travel and business expenses monthly.
- Coordinate logistics and operations for conferences and events including vendor management, scheduling, on-site support, hotel room blocks, dinner reservations, and transportation.
- Regular commute to a local office is required (up to three days each week) to support essential physical operations. This includes maintaining swag inventory, collecting mail, and packing and preparing shipments.
- Limited travel is required, including for onboarding, professional development, and team events.
