The role is based in Berlin, Germany, and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to Wolt's mission of delivering (almost) everything to customers across over 500 cities in 30 countries.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 3PL fleet partners, including the most complex or high-priority accounts, and ensuring operational continuity, excellent performance, and full compliance with Wolt's standards. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making are crucial. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities are required. Fluency in English and either German or Arabic is essential, as the role involves handling negotiations and performance discussions with 3PL fleet partners in these languages.
