As the Operations Strategy Lead at Formlabs, you will serve as the primary architect for critical scaling initiatives within our fulfillment leadership team. This role involves translating executive vision into the physical reality of a world-class supply chain, including launching new regional distribution hubs and re-engineering New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of the global fulfillment and logistics roadmap, ensuring strategic projects align with growth objectives and margin targets. You will oversee the end-to-end management of significant operational transitions, such as third-party logistics (3PL) migrations, new warehouse launches, and the integration of advanced fulfillment technologies. Additionally, you will direct cross-functional alignment for NPIs, architecting supply chain readiness plans to ensure seamless global launches across multiple regions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with a master's degree (MBA or MS) strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations strategy, logistics, or supply chain is required, demonstrating a proven track record of leading complex, global projects in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also critical, as is the ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing analytical rigor and project management discipline to drive organizational transformation.
