Dentons, the world's largest international and polycentric law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Corporate and M&A team in Luxembourg. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant corporate transactions, including private and public M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and private equity investments. The Luxembourg office provides a comprehensive range of advisory services across all areas of business law to both domestic and international clients operating in diverse sectors.
As a Senior Associate, you will support the practice across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, advise on corporate structures, governance matters, and management incentive plans. You will work closely with specialists within Dentons worldwide, delivering fully integrated legal support with particular expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, tax, investment funds, banking and finance, structured finance, real estate, as well as restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Law, with 4-6 years of experience in Corporate/M&A within a Luxembourg law firm. You should be fully qualified in Luxembourg law and admitted to the Luxembourg bar (list I or list IV). Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. A quick learning capacity combined with a strong drive for excellence is also important.
