Outbound BDR Manager - Southern Europe
Klaviyo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on the Southern European market. This role is integral to Klaviyo's rapidly expanding sales organization, aiming to empower creators by making first-party data accessible and actionable. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office.
The Outbound BDR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting BDRs to meet and exceed individual and team metrics. Key responsibilities include conducting impactful one-on-one meetings, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture, and collaborating with peers in Business Development, Sales, and Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience managing BDRs, a history of over-performance in both individual contributor and managerial roles, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for training and development, proficiency with sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism, and fluency in either French, Spanish, or Italian, along with English, are essential.
The base salary for this position is €81,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
