We're looking for an Outreach Campaign Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of customer success, outbound execution, and AI operations. You'll own the end-to-end performance of AI-powered outreach campaigns for a portfolio of customers — managing high volumes of moving pieces, diagnosing what's working, fixing what isn't, and constantly raising the bar on quality and results.
This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and takes pride in the details.
