Paid Search Account Director
As a Paid Search Account Director at WPP Media, you will lead the coordination and delivery of paid search campaigns for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC). This role involves acting as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless operational execution, and driving innovation across Amazon Ads and Google Ads platforms. Success in this position requires strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to establish efficient workflows across hybrid, multi-market teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the quality and performance of all Amazon and paid search outputs, ensuring adherence to best practices, and consistently meeting performance KPIs. You will develop a strategic understanding of TCCC’s business objectives, proactively identifying opportunities, trends, and new platform capabilities. Additionally, you will design and evolve forward-thinking activation approaches across Amazon and Google platforms.
The role requires solid experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting. Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP) and a strong grasp of retail media performance levers are advantageous. A strong understanding of both search and retail media’s strategic and tactical applications in full-funnel digital marketing is essential. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, developing talent, and establishing robust workflows is also required.
