Parajuriste – Juridique et Conformité/Legal & Compliance Paralegal

Galvion is seeking a Parajuriste – Juridique et Conformité (Legal & Compliance Paralegal) to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to supporting our legal and compliance functions, ensuring that our operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with various departments to provide comprehensive legal support.

In this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies. You will conduct legal research to support compliance initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs. Additionally, you will coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in paralegal studies or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role. Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance is essential. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required. Proficiency in both French and English is necessary for effective communication.
