Paralegal
BitGo, a leading digital asset infrastructure company, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Founded in 2013, BitGo provides a comprehensive suite of services, including custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement solutions from regulated cold storage. As a Paralegal at BitGo, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal team by managing document control processes, including organization, versioning, tracking, and repository maintenance for legal, compliance, and governance documents. You will assist with entity management activities such as state filings, annual reports, business licenses, and corporate records. Additionally, you will maintain BitGo’s contract lifecycle workflows, oversee the contract signing process, and prepare board and committee materials, including agendas, resolutions, minutes, and supporting documentation. Your responsibilities will also encompass providing day-to-day support on compliance and governance matters, conducting legal and regulatory research, coordinating various filings, and assisting with responses to subpoenas and regulatory requests.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or an accredited paralegal certificate, along with 2–5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in legal operations. Experience in fintech, financial services, digital assets, or fast-paced corporate environments is advantageous. A strong understanding of contract administration and corporate governance processes is essential. Hands-on experience with document management systems and contract lifecycle management tools, such as Ironclad or DocuSign, is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently are crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information are also required. This position requires full-time onsite work in Sioux Falls.
