Paralegal

Crisp Recruit is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join Team Green Law, a distinguished firm specializing in personal injury cases across Indiana. Founded by R.T. Green and now led by his son, Collin, the firm is committed to integrity, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of justice for personal injury victims. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing and advancing clients' personal injury cases, ensuring a seamless experience and efficient resolution.

In this role, you will manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 70–80 active personal injury files, overseeing their progression from post-intake through final resolution. Collaborating with a Legal Support Specialist in a pod structure, you will support both pre-litigation and litigation matters, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure timely case movement. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medical records and bills for accuracy, drafting settlement demand brochures, handling medical bill reductions, preparing legal documents such as complaints and discovery responses, and maintaining organized case information in Filevine. Proactive communication with clients, attorneys, and team members will be essential to keep cases moving and support an excellent client experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury law, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and organization. Experience with medical record review, billing analysis, demand preparation, settlement support, litigation documents, and case progression is essential. Proficiency in case management software, such as Filevine, is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively engage with clients and team members. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
