The Paralegal will collaborate closely with SFM attorneys, compliance professionals, and other personnel to support a wide range of legal, regulatory, and administrative matters. Key responsibilities include assisting in negotiating and closing transactions, reviewing and analyzing non-disclosure agreements and other contracts, preparing and managing account opening documentation, supporting the firm's compliance and regulatory practices, managing corporate action and class action litigation workstreams, organizing and disseminating legal documents and departmental records, and providing direct support to SFM attorneys on various legal, transactional, and operational matters.

Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience as a paralegal or in a similar capacity, with strong written, organizational, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy, thoroughness, and sound judgment, is required. A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork are valued, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

The base salary for this role is anticipated to be between $120,000 and $150,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
