Paralegal - Legal Operations (Remote)

INFUSE, Inc., a global digital marketing company with team members across the United States and over 50 countries worldwide, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its growing in-house legal function. The Paralegal will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, and tracking commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle, including intake, redline coordination, execution, and storage. Additional duties include preparing and proofreading legal documents and correspondence, assisting with due diligence and compliance initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract approvals, and supporting employment, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters as directed by counsel.

Candidates should possess at least 5–7 years of paralegal experience, with a strong emphasis on commercial contract workflows. A paralegal certification or completion of an ABA-approved program is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently across time zones, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a legal department or law firm supporting commercial or corporate practice is strongly preferred.
