Paralegal – Legal Operations

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Paralegal to join our Legal Operations & Outsourcing team. This role focuses on analyzing contracts to produce clear, structured summaries and reports, as well as supporting the workflow of contract review and negotiation across various matters. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with lawyers and internal teams to ensure contract-related work is organized, trackable, and executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts to extract key terms, risks, and obligations, preparing structured summaries and reports for internal and client use, and organizing contract data to support tracking and decision-making. The paralegal will also support the end-to-end workflow of contract review and negotiation, track statuses and deadlines, coordinate inputs between lawyers and external providers, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain smooth progression of contract-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a legal background with 1–3+ years of relevant experience, particularly in reviewing contracts or working with legal documents. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel or similar tools, exceptional attention to detail, and clear written communication skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-volume contract review or legal operations environments, familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools, and a continuous improvement mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

This is a remote position based in Central or South America, offered as an independent contractor role.
