Paralegal

Nscale is seeking a Paralegal to support its contracting processes across New York, San Francisco, and Seattle. This role involves close collaboration with the Procurement and Commercial Legal teams, as well as departments such as AI Infrastructure, Nscale Cloud, and Finance. The Paralegal will manage the entire contract lifecycle for technology and operational suppliers, from initial intake and first-pass reviews to final signatures, record-keeping, and tracking obligations. This position is integral to establishing a scalable and well-organized procurement legal function within the company.
