Paralegal
Schonfeld is seeking a Paralegal to join their London-based legal team, focusing on international corporate and markets practice areas. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for technology and the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with and learn from a team of experienced lawyers and paralegals.
Key responsibilities include assisting with file management and project tracking using advanced AI tools and legal matter management software, organizing legal and KYC documents for the international legal team, handling entity formation and ongoing corporate maintenance across Schonfeld’s international entities, and supporting trading agreements for counterparties, execution brokers, and banks within the markets practice area. Additional duties involve reviewing and coordinating the execution and filing of vendor agreements, NDAs, and other corporate documents, as well as assisting with the deployment of AI tools within the Legal department.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Law or GDL. Essential skills include the ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information, a strong sense of urgency, a process-oriented approach with meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with AI tools for document and project management. The role requires a self-starter who is personable, mature, poised, and a team player.
