Schréder is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our international legal team in Ternopil, Ukraine. This part-time, hybrid role offers the opportunity to support our global operations in the smart lighting industry, contributing to projects that enhance urban environments and public spaces. In this role, you will coordinate compliance projects, train employees on corporate policies, and liaise with international organizations to monitor compliance requirements. Responsibilities also include managing insurance policies, overseeing corporate projects such as contract file systems, and preparing preliminary analysis reports. Additionally, you will handle UBO requests, support legal technology initiatives, and manage document migration and implementation strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Law or as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, with at least three years of experience in an international legal department or law firm. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications. An interest in optimizing legal and administrative IT tools is highly advantageous.
