This role serves as a vital link between various North American departments and the legal team, focusing on auction matters, sponsorship and event agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. The Paralegal will be instrumental in drafting standard agreements and amendments using approved templates, ensuring seamless communication and legal support across departments.

Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing standard agreements, coordinating with the legal team on non-standard agreement requests, and assisting with contract revisions as necessary. The Paralegal will also engage with internal departments such as Risk, Tax, and London Legal to execute responsibilities effectively. Additionally, the role involves creating and updating agreement forms and addressing other matters as directed by the commercial legal team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a sales business, preferably art-related, or in a corporate legal environment. Strong communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a professional demeanor in challenging situations are also required.

The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with eligibility for overtime. Successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable licensure or certifications.
