Paralegal, US Immigration

Envoy Global is seeking a Paralegal specializing in U.S. immigration to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a leader in global immigration services, Envoy Global combines innovative technology with comprehensive support to simplify the immigration process for employers and individuals worldwide.

In this role, you will manage a variety of employment-based visa applications, including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, dependent and derivative cases, advance parole, work authorizations, and all phases of the employment-based Green Card process. Responsibilities include understanding client immigration requirements, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and USCIS updates, and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in employment-based immigration, preferably within a high-volume law firm environment. A Paralegal Certification or a degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a client-focused team approach are essential. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and possess hands-on experience in end-to-end H-1B and Green Card petition drafting, LCA preparation, and data maintenance with high accuracy.
