Partner Migration Hub Operations Analyst
The Partner Migration Hub Operations Analyst at Wellhub plays a pivotal role in the company's integration strategy, facilitating the seamless migration of partners from acquired companies into the Wellhub ecosystem. This position ensures a data-driven and operationally smooth transition, continuously enhancing the migration and onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include auditing, cleaning, and consolidating partner migration data to maintain accuracy across networks. The analyst designs and prepares batch upload files for execution within Salesforce and other CRM systems, defines and maintains data schema mappings, and develops localized content for successful partner activation. Additionally, the role involves optimizing migration and onboarding journeys, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating proactive outreach to re-engage partners and address migration challenges.
Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in operations, customer experience operations, finance operations, revenue operations, or analytical roles within fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM data structures, advanced Excel skills, and a strong analytical mindset are essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently in dynamic settings, and a solid understanding of sales cycles and partner journeys are also required. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese considered a plus.
