Partner or Counsel
Scale LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join its expanding national practice as Partners or Counsel. As a top-tier distributed law firm founded by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and General Counsels, Scale LLP offers an innovative alternative to traditional private practice by leveraging technology and a flexible structure to provide both attorneys and clients with a more efficient and satisfying legal experience.
In this role, attorneys will engage with a diverse client base across various practice groups, including Corporate, Fintech, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation. Responsibilities encompass managing client relationships, delivering high-quality legal services, and contributing to the firm's growth by developing new business opportunities.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company, and have graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrate an excellent and sustained reputation in the industry. For partnership consideration, applicants should be prepared to demonstrate a significant transferable book of originations. Those with less are encouraged to apply for a position as Counsel, provided they can identify at least one anchor client and articulate a clear business development plan.
