Partner Sales Director - Global System Integrator (GSI)
The Partner Sales Director - Global System Integrator (GSI) role at Canonical is a senior leadership position focused on developing and managing strategic partnerships with the world's largest Global System Integrators. In this role, the Partner Sales Director will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities with top-tier GSI partners. The position requires taking ownership of partner engagement, driving joint sales activities, developing account strategies, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation of joint go-to-market initiatives, managing executive relationships, and delivering on quarterly goals.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales leadership within the technology or software sectors, specifically with or within large GSIs such as Accenture, Capgemini, or Tata Consultancy Services. Required qualifications include a strong understanding of the open-source ecosystem, experience managing complex sales cycles, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should also demonstrate success in building senior-level relationships and executing partner-driven growth plans.
