Partner Sales Executive

The Partner Sales Executive at Wellhub will be instrumental in expanding the company's presence in the Benelux region, focusing on the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This role involves identifying and engaging key decision-makers at gyms, boutiques, and wellness studios to establish partnerships that enhance Wellhub's corporate wellness offerings. As one of the first executives in this region, the individual will play a pivotal role in building the partner network from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include leading outbound activities such as cold calling, video meetings, and social selling to grow the partner network. The executive will drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub with local partners, clearly communicating the company's value proposition. Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, onboarding new partners, and providing market feedback to shape the supply strategy are also essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in high-volume B2B sales or the fitness industry, with experience in a startup or new market environment being advantageous. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being a strong plus. The role demands a proactive, curious individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a strong motivation to meet targets and build meaningful professional relationships.
