WiLAN is seeking a seasoned Patent Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support for licensing, litigation, and prosecution of existing patent portfolios, as well as due diligence in the acquisition of new patent portfolios. This role reports directly to the Licensing Business Unit Leader and collaborates closely with internal teams, including Licensing, Business Development, Legal Counsel, Litigation Services, and the President & CEO. Externally, the Patent Counsel will engage with technical consultants, patent attorneys, and litigation attorneys to advance WiLAN's strategic objectives.
