Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities include reviewing payroll inputs, managing period-end closing activities, conducting payroll analysis, preparing statutory reports, and handling various payroll-related tasks. The position requires proactive communication of payroll updates and providing support for employee inquiries, including full and final settlements for departing employees.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance. Experience in payroll processing, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.
