Payroll Specialist / Payroll Manager - Europe and Africa

Envoy Global, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist / Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across the United Kingdom, Germany, South Africa, Kenya, and Namibia. This role is integral to ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing within these regions. As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, maintain and analyze confidential payroll data, and serve as a primary payroll resource for employees across the EMEA region. The position involves close collaboration with the Payroll Manager, HR, Finance, Country Managers, HRIS teams, and external payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with country-specific regulations, and an excellent employee experience.
