Key responsibilities include owning compliance for the assigned jurisdiction(s), embedding legislation into Remote's product by translating statutory rules into structured requirements, leading complex audits and compliance programs, and managing investigations and incident resolutions. The expert will also design and implement processes and governance frameworks, develop training materials, and partner with various teams to ensure compliance is integrated into decision-making processes.
Candidates should possess deep expertise in payroll and employment compliance for their country or region, with a strong understanding of how legislation translates into payroll calculations and system logic.
