PE - Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Personal Injury)

The Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Personal Injury) at Mod Careers serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in the firm's client acquisition and case evaluation processes. Key responsibilities include conducting initial consultations via phone, email, or in person; gathering and documenting essential case details such as accident information and medical history; assessing case eligibility and directing qualified leads to attorneys; maintaining accurate records in case management systems; scheduling follow-ups and coordinating attorney consultations; and collaborating with legal staff to streamline intake processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in legal intake or personal injury, be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills with a client-first mindset, demonstrate high attention to detail and organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
