People Business Partner, Employee Relations & Governance
Remote is seeking a People Business Partner specializing in Employee Relations and Governance to strengthen the foundational governance of our global workforce. This pivotal role focuses on policy development, organizational compliance, and managing complex employee relations at scale. The position reports directly to the Director of People Business Partners and collaborates closely with the legal team to ensure consistent and fair people practices across diverse global jurisdictions.
In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of People policies, ensuring they are globally compliant and scalable. You will develop and maintain standardized operating procedures and consultation guides to ensure consistent and fair application of complex policies. Additionally, you will lead and manage complex or high-risk employee relations cases and formal investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and thorough documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Payroll, will be essential to implement and enhance policies effectively.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a People function, with a primary focus on Employee Relations and Compliance. A track record of managing and resolving complex employee relations cases across multiple jurisdictions is essential. Exceptional analytical skills to identify risks, trends, and patterns in employee relations and compliance data are required. Experience in advising management on best practices to mitigate legal risk and promote positive employee engagement is also necessary.
Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of €60,250 to €67,750 EUR for this full-time position.
