The People Business Partner will lead and refine performance frameworks, including probation periods, reviews, calibrations, and promotion cycles, ensuring they align with the company's objectives. Additionally, the position requires designing and deploying training programs and tools to equip managers and individual contributors for success in a high-velocity environment. The partner will also manage sensitive individual cases in coordination with the legal team, ensuring strict adherence to French labor laws, and serve as the primary representative for the Comité Social et Économique (CSE) in France, fostering productive collaboration between management and employee representatives.

Candidates should have proven experience as a People Business Partner within high-stakes industries such as defense, aerospace, or rapid-growth technology sectors. A deep understanding of French labor law, HR best practices, and CSE mechanics is essential. The role requires fluency in both English and French, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift rapidly. An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to transition from strategic design to execution is also crucial.
