People Operations Administrator
As a People Operations Administrator at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our team, enabling us to focus on our critical mission of protecting democracies. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our people infrastructure, directly contributing to Helsing's technological leadership in defense. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records and updating databases, with a continuous focus on refining and optimizing these processes for efficiency and scalability. You will collaborate closely with People Business Partners to ensure regional support, compliance, and effective implementation of local People strategies. Serving as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, you will provide clear, friendly, and actionable guidance, while identifying policy gaps and suggesting company-wide improvements. Additionally, you will actively organize and drive employee engagement initiatives, support performance management processes, ensure strict compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and engage in key People projects related to the employee lifecycle, process optimization, benefits, culture, and leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with individuals at all organizational levels. A genuine curiosity about People Operations, including onboarding and employee relations, coupled with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth, is essential.
