People Operations Manager
DiliTrust, a leading European SaaS provider specializing in legal technology, is seeking a People Operations Manager to join their Global HR Team. The company is headquartered in Paris, France, and operates internationally, supporting over 2,400 clients across 64 countries. DiliTrust aims to become the first French Legal Tech unicorn, with a valuation exceeding €1 billion.
The People Operations Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments, and employee records. This role involves managing and developing two People Operations Specialists, deploying global HR processes, policies, and playbooks, and continuously improving workflows and employee touchpoints. Additionally, the manager will coordinate HR administration across DiliTrust’s international footprint, ensuring compliance with employment laws and managing payroll preparation and validation.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in People Operations within dynamic, fast-growing companies and international, multicultural environments. Strong expertise across the full employee lifecycle, HR administration, payroll coordination, contracts, and HR compliance is essential. Experience in project management, HR process deployment, and coordinating Learning & Development activities is also required. Fluency in French and English, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills, is necessary.
