People Partner, Global Support
As a People Partner for Global Support at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our people strategy across Shared Service Centers and individual countries. This hands-on position involves close collaboration with local leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure the consistent and thoughtful execution of global frameworks related to compensation, performance, engagement, leadership development, and organizational design. In this role, you will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable initiatives across diverse markets. Your daily tasks will include partnering with Regional and Country Heads as the primary People Partner for designated countries and Shared Service Centers, executing global people initiatives locally—such as compensation cycles, performance management, engagement, leadership development programs, and organizational design changes—and leading compensation processes within your assigned markets. Additionally, you will implement and maintain job profiles, levels, and workforce ratios in alignment with global frameworks, run recurring engagement and leadership development initiatives, support leaders in translating insights into concrete actions, and monitor organizational health metrics to drive local improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role, preferably in a multi-country or operational environment. Hands-on experience with compensation cycles, performance processes, people development, or similar core HR programs is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to advise and influence operational leaders effectively. Confidence in working with people data and translating insights into practical actions is crucial, along with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset and comfort operating in a changing environment. The ability to work across multiple countries and cultures is necessary, and occasional travel may be required.
