The Role

The Performance Creative Strategist is the bridge between campaign storytelling and performance acquisition channels. This role is responsible for translating campaign strategy into platform-ready creative that converts, using insight, iteration, and storytelling that drives measurable growth.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that blends creative instinct with analytical rigor. The ideal candidate understands what works on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other acquisition platforms—and knows how to scale variant testing, creative learning, and execution to maximize performance.
