Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager at Fig will lead and expand the company's paid acquisition efforts, focusing on channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube. This role is integral to Fig's growth strategy, offering the opportunity to shape and scale paid acquisition initiatives within a rapidly growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS). The role involves conducting structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages to identify performance trends and uncover new growth opportunities. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with designers and marketers to develop high-performing ad creatives and build a repeatable creative testing framework.

Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition, with hands-on expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Experience in managing paid media budgets, optimizing CAC/CPA, and a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and performance dashboards are essential. Familiarity with running creative and landing page experiments and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment are also required.
