Personal Injury Case Manager
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This role is integral to our mission of advocating for clients who have suffered personal injuries, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
As a Personal Injury Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload from intake through resolution. Your daily tasks will include interacting with clients both over the phone and in person, ordering and reviewing medical records, obtaining necessary documentation to support injury claims, and coordinating with insurance carriers and healthcare providers. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive demand packages under the supervision of an attorney and maintain organized case files to facilitate efficient case progression.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree (preferred) and have prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Prelitigation Paralegal, or Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. A minimum of two years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role is strongly preferred. Key skills include the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage cases with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, is essential. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client and provider interactions are also critical for success in this role.
