Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

In this role, the attorney will manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, primarily focusing on automotive incidents. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. The attorney will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with key performance indicators and handling examinations under oath (EUOs), personal injury protection (PIP) statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of experience in premises or personal injury law is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
