Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their growing Nashville, TN office. This role involves managing pre-litigation processes for personal injury cases, primarily focusing on premises liability.

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will also manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar Association. A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience is required, with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership skills, excellent client service and communication abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
