Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

In this role, the Pre-Suit Attorney will manage all pre-litigation aspects of personal injury cases, primarily focusing on premises liability. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. The attorney will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and communication skills are essential. The firm seeks a self-starter driven by long-term career goals, with superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
