Pitch Coordinator
The Pitch Coordinator at Linklaters plays a pivotal role within the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team, focusing on crafting high-quality, client-centric pitch materials. This position is based in Warsaw, Poland, and operates within a global framework, collaborating with stakeholders across various regions to ensure the delivery of compelling and competitive pitches.
In this role, the Pitch Coordinator is responsible for developing and tailoring pitch documents, incorporating sector-specific information, client research, and competitor analysis. They work closely with BDM teams and, at times, lawyers, throughout the pitch process to ensure that all materials meet the highest standards of quality and brand compliance. Additionally, the coordinator collaborates with various teams across the network to gather relevant content and records and updates pitch progress in the internal database.
Ideal candidates should have experience in the pitching process and an understanding of marketing within a professional services environment, preferably legal. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, with a Law or Marketing degree being beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce and the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1/C2 level) are mandatory, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines, strong multitasking, project management, and research skills.
